Shipping & Returns
While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We at TFC are doing our best to sustain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Due to COVID 19 safety precautions, orders may take 5 to 10 days to receive.
If you need your order within 1 to 3 business days we recommend Express Shipping.
Priority and Free Shipping is 5 to 7 Business Days
If within Canada your order should be received within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with Canada Post.
LOCAL PICK UP: Local Pick Up is Available free of charge at Checkout. If Same Day is Needed Please Reach out to us to ensure staff availability at pick up location. Otherwise order will be processed 24 hours from purchase.
LOCAL DROP OFF: Local drop off is available for $10
After packages have been shipped and tracking number has been issued we are no longer responsible for the delivery of goods. Please contact your local post office for further questions about your package!
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice. You can either exchange or get store credit
Return shipping fee is covered by the customer. All sale items, accessories, bodysuits and swimwear are FINAL SALE and may not be returned under any circumstances.
